How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, show profiles and discovery results, enable matching and messaging, respond to support requests, help protect members and operate and improve Zelavro.

What other members can see

Profile details and photos you add may be shown to other members according to your profile and visibility settings. Messages are available to the people in that conversation. Do not put private or financial information in your profile or messages.

Service providers

Zelavro uses third-party services to operate the platform, including Firebase services for account authentication and database functions, and Cloudinary for profile media uploads. Those providers process data under their own service terms and privacy information. Depending on the service and its configuration, information may be processed in a country other than your own.

Retention and account requests

We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, address safety or support issues, and meet applicable legal requirements. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email support@zelavro.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain some information where the law permits or requires it.
